Thai-style yellow curry with coriander dressing
This flavoursome curry can be served with or without rice.

340g extra-firm tofu, frozen then defrosted
3 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons gluten-free, salt-reduced tamari or salt-reduced soy sauce
1 large onion, finely sliced
3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 large red chilli, finely chopped
